Calves, cattle, and pigs will start the sale at 10:00am. Approximately 11:00am will be the start of the goat sale. The catalogued bucks in the Summer Spectacular Sale will sell first. Following the sale of these bucks, the sale will continue with non-catalogued bucks and does.

ANNOUNCEMENTS FROM THE RING WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE OVER PRINTED MATERIAL IN THIS CATALOG. SHOULD ANY DISPUTE ARISE FROM THE TAKING OF BIDS, THE AUCTIONEER'S DECISION WILL BE FINAL.

TERMS: 100% cash, cashier's check, traveler's check, business or personal checks at the time of the sale. Also, payment may be made by MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit card. A 4% convenience fee will apply for credit card payments. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement is made. All settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any animal will be released.

CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRY: Registrations papers, application and/or service memos are available to buyers of each registered animal after settlement has been made. These are obtained from sale clerks. All transfer fees associated therewith are the responsibility of the buyer.

WETHER DAMS AND SIRES: Registration papers are not available on these does.

HEALTH CERTIFICATES: These are the responsibility of the buyer. A veterinarian will be available to assist buyers in obtaining appropriate health papers for their final destination.

BREEDERS GUARANTEE: Sellers make no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. All animals are being sold as is where is. Buyers are encouraged to contact sellers if problems or questions arise. Under no circumstances shall seller be responsible for more than the purchase price.

ACCIDENTS: Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the sales management, owner/lessor/lessee of premises and personal property used in conjunction with sale, auctioneer,nor sellers assume any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability legal or otherwise in the event of accident or loss of property.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS: The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller and be equally binding to both.

TYPE: All auctions are a reserve auction.
